How often do you all come?
As often as you all would like for us to come. But most of our client are on a weekly,bi-weekly,schedule.we also have some that are on a Monthly schedule.
When can you all start?
You tell us what day you would like for us to start . If there is a open slot for that day we try our best to service you on that day

How long will it take the cleaning crew to clean my home?
We begin your service with a detailed cleaning of your home. The first initial cleaning is similar to a spring cleaning. There are many first time tasks performed during this cleaning that require extra time and attention. It is not uncommon for us to spend two to four times longer than it will take on recurring visits.Depending on the size and condition of your home, it could take any where from 2-6 hours on the first initial cleaning with a two person team. Generally, it takes additional time to get the home up to Completely Clean Cleaning standards.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. If Less than 24 hours, your account will incurr a charge of $30.
Can I get and estimate over the telephone ?
Yes you can get an estimate over the but remember it is just and estimate Once the domestic engineer arrives and the house is large or smaller the price can be adjusted.our estimates are normally 95% accurate.
Do I have to be home?
Most of our clients work and are not at home but the choice is yours .

Anything I need to do before you get here ?
Pick up all clutter,we charge to pick up clutter. The cleaner can finish
faster with out clutter.
What time will cleaner arrive?
We normally work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.Some houses take longer than others and we don't want a Domestic engineer to leave a house before it is completed.we normally give you a 2 hour window.
